T-18 Electrocautery and Electrolysis beauty machine is produced by the Czech company ALVI PRAGUE. It combines modern design, metal steel case, simplicity of operation and attractive price.
T-18 Electrocautery is an innovative development in aesthetic medicine and rejuvenating treatments. This medical device is used for skin treatment, warts removal, broken cappileries (spider veins) treatment, rosacea, pigment spots, acne scars, non surgical eyelid lift (blepharoplasty)

It is important that the surrounding tissue is not damaged. This technique helps avoid all risks inherent to the traditional surgical intervention reducing the recovery time.
Key benefits of the device:
Fine-adjustment of the intensity; Mode to increase/reduce current
Absence of ablation;
Lance-shaped handpiece 1pc.
Handpiece for disposable needles 1pc.
Disposable needles 3pcs.
What is it Used to Treat?
The T-18 unit has a wide range of therapeutic uses, being able to treat a number of imperfections without any actual cutting of the skin. It can be used for:
• Eyelid reconstruction (non-surgical blepharoplasty), including resolving baggy lower eyelids and excess upper eyelid skin.
• Tattoo removal.
• Skin imperfections and benign lesions, including warts, xanthelasm, fibromas, pigmentation and sun spots.
• Improvement in the appearance of scarring, including post-surgery scars, acne scars and stretch marks.
• Lines and wrinkles around the mouth.
• Active acne.
A typical session will last no more than 30 minutes and the tiny point-like crusts will fall off after 3 to 7 days.
Electrolysis is one of the most popular and effective method of permanent hair removal. Electrolysis applies a short impulse of electrical current to the root of the hair by use of a very fine needle inserted inside the hair follicle. This causes decomposition of the hair growing follicles, making it impossible for hair to re-grow. Because of the nature of the treatment, hair and skin colour is irrelevant. The process of electrolysis is highly targeted, so for individual or few hairs it is most suitable.
The electrolysis procedure works on everyone no matter the colour of hair or type of skin. Even on large treatment areas that contain a high density of hair - it will take longer, of course - but as long as you have enough treatments, the hair will be removed. It is the best treatment for predictable results.
Usually the treatment needs local anesthesia that makes the process of hair removal almost painless.
- Skin diseases
- Varicosity (in the zone of procedure)
- Vascular diseases
- Infectious diseases
- Different types of cancer
- Idiosyncrasy of current and local anesthesia
